Our Product Warranty

In the case of goods of our supply installation or manufacture, and in the place of any other warranty, (including any condition as to the fitness for any particular purpose) or liability expressed or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise, our liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury or damage or for the cost of any labour involved, is limited to making good by repair or replacement, defects which, under proper use, arise solely from faulty materials or workmanship within a period of twelve months after the original goods / services shall have been supplied and installed.

At the termination of which period all liability on our part shall cease: provided always that such defective parts are promptly returned free to our works, unless otherwise arranged. In the case of goods not of our manufacture the buyer in entitled only to such benefits as we may receive under any guarantee given to us by the supplier.
